We own the two bottom units of this Maggie Valley Club building. 
(See picture on left.)
Our units are on the 10th hole fairway.
They are available to rent for daily (two-night minumum), weekly,
or longer.

Each unit is two-bedroom, two-bath, with a propane gas fireplace.
Both units sleep six people (1 king, 2 twins, 1 leather queen foldout).
Units are fully furnished.

Rental price includes access to the following amenities:
swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, weight room, putting/chipping green.
Additional amenities available:  golf course, two restaurants on property,
massage therapist.

Rental rates are as follows:

$130 - $150 per night.  Two night minimum.
$650 - $850 per week.
Cleaning fee + taxes additional.
Pets allowed with refundable pet deposit.
